By accessing or using VintageSkies ("we," "us," or "our") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VintageSkies. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Services Description
VintageSkies provides a platform for requesting quotes and booking private jet charter services. We act as an intermediary between you and aircraft operators. We facilitate the booking process but are not the direct provider of air transportation services.
All flights are operated by third-party aircraft operators who are responsible for the actual air transportation. VintageSkies is not an airline and does not own or operate aircraft.
Use of Services
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services.
Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Use automated systems to access our services without permission
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
Quotes and Bookings
Quote Requests
Quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual flight requirements, availability, and other factors. Quotes are valid for the time period specified and are subject to change.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from VintageSkies and payment has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to change until booking confirmation. You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your booking. Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the aircraft operator and the terms of your specific booking. Cancellation terms will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.
Generally:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure may result in forfeiture of the full booking amount
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of your booking agreement
VintageSkies reserves the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, mechanical issues, or regulatory restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to arrange alternative solutions or provide refunds as appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINTAGESKIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to VintageSkies for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
VintageSkies is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of third-party aircraft operators. Any claims related to actual flight operations should be directed to the operating carrier.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VintageSkies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or transmit through our services
Intellectual Property
All content on the VintageSkies website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VintageSkies or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.
Privacy

Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VintageSkies operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
